“Do Outro Lado (On The Other Side)” is a short film inspired by the stories of immigrants who lost their lives seeking safety and a better future. Reflecting on the emotional impact of borders—both physical and symbolic—the film explores how walls can divide not only lands but also lives, dreams, and opportunities. It’s a quiet but powerful reflection on the human cost of separation and the universal longing for dignity and belonging.
